"I will start by saying that using this company is overall a good experiance. I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue I have ordering my Dogs prescription. My Dog 'Gracie' is listed in my account as a Canine, and her ongoing prescription with previous orders shows up, not to mention the number of prescriptions remaining. The problem is every time I need to reorder (every 2 months), all her info is in there but when I try and reorder it says no prescriptions found, and I end up having to order via the NEW prescription tab where I have to fill out all the same information again. It took my a while to figure it out the first time. I can do it faster now, but that is not how the website is supposed to work. Not very intuitive. Other than that I like the company, prices, shipping, etc... they just need to fix the confusion and reorder process for Canine patients."
