"From the outside, it is hard to understand how your web interface can still be missing prescriptions six months or more after you tried to "improve" your software. Fortunately, the phone staff are able to cope. But for an online pharmacy in 2024, that's a strange way to run a company.

"Ordering from the website was a mixed experience, with items labeled as in stock actually being out of stock or on back order and then never showing up. I also had multiple orders cancelled without any email or other notification that they were being cancelled. Fortunately it was relatively easy to find a human to talk to during business hours (without a long wait) and everyone I talked to was exceptionally helpful at investigating issues and working to fix things to my satisfaction."
