"My HealthWarehouse experience was excellent in all aspects except the way my order was shipped. My order was shipped in a flexible plastic bag, resulting in my product boxes to be crushed. The product itself appears to have survived, but the boxes containing the product will not stack on a shelf well since the boxes are no longer square. The product boxes look awful rather than something I ordered as brand new."

But only one of the two were in the delivered envelope, which had not been tampered with. Went online and chatted with customer service rep who said both prescriptions should have been in the shipment, and they will ship the second one asap. UPS says it will be delivered today . "
