"I tried to refill 3 active prescriptions online and the system would not let me select the refill button. System said that there are no refills available and to click "new prescription" where my doctor would need to contact healthwarehouse.
I called and the representative told me that is a programming error but explained a "work around".
I don't understand why you know about an programming problem but can't seem to fix it instead of confusing customers and making them call and wait on hold. Fix it!"

"I tried to refill 5 prescriptions on line but their system wasn't working properly. It is wort noting that Healthwarehouse has been having computer problems fpr over a year. I then tried calling their 800 number and discovered their phone service had been hacked as I was getting a service selling medical equipment. It took 3 attempts before I was able to talk to them. After giving the agent the 5 medicines I waqnted he informed me there had been a slight price increase - the increase was 25%!! I wonder what the agent considers a large price increase ! I have been dealing with Healthwarehouse for many years and hjave admired their customer service and Rx prices = what a comedown. I will look elsewhere for my next prescriptions."
