"The website needs some quality control. It says I have active prescriptions, but won't let me refill them. Instead, I have to get a new prescription from my doctor every time. Also, even though I am paying for the prescriptions myself, I can't get a six month supply. So every three months my doctor gets bothered to call in a refill. "

Also, we can only fill the prescription to the doctor's orders, so if you wanted a 6 month supply, you would need to speak to your doctor and have them write for 6 months all at once. "I received a notice that a prescription ( on Auto Refill) was going to be refilled. I requested that the order be cancelled by completing the online request before the item was due to ship as I did not need a refill at this time. The order was sent anyways. This is the second time this has happened. I am going to follow up with a phone call regarding this. I have not opened the package yet in hopes of returning. Not happy that online requests to cancel fulfillment are not processed. I called Customer Service and they were most helpful in resolving the issue. I am satisfied that the issue has been corrected.
