The customer service rep was very very helpful and not only set up my order, but set up auto re-order for me. My prescription arrived very quickly.
So I patiently await the connection of the front and back in systems so that I can do this online. "

"I love the pharmacy part of Health Warehouse, they have served me well. But I cannot get Health Warehouse to send a correct receipt with my order which shows the prescription AND what I actually paid for it, which is what I need to submit reimbursement to my HSA. For about a year now, when I get my order, it shows I paid 0. So every time, I have to contact customer support and get a corrected receipt that shows the item as well as what was paid. Maybe no one else cares but it is so annoying. Another email to customer support now. Get this right please!!!"
