“Cordell, thank you for the feedback. Regarding the website, you're right- it's been under construction for almost a year. Luckily it's almost finished! It's a massive project because we handle such complex and personal/protected information. In reference to the medication, all our prescriptions are sent out with child-proof lids (unless otherwise instructed) and in light-filtering amber vials. Not all medication needs humidity protection, but we do include it in the medications that need it. Your medication should have also been delivered in a tamper evident plastic package. We absolutely care about your complaints. I've logged them all and passed them on to the appropriate managers. Thank you for the feedback.
