Somehow, they converted my address to something different when they shipped it. UPS, therefore, delivered it to the wrong address. Now, I have to deal with an investigation and someone else has my product.

Dan Brown decided the best approach to him sending my product to the wrong address/person (along with my name, address, phone number, account number, and product information - and the product itself) was to just sen d a new one. No sincere apology. In fact, the message he left on my phone lacked any remorse for the error he, or his company, made when providing UPS with the wrong address.
Ironically, according to public records, it appears that the offices of this company are 10 miles away from my home. UNBELIEVABLE!
