The individual boxes were dented in ways apparently unrelated to the slight denting of the shipping box. My son recommended you to me- this was my first experience with you. 5/4/24 ETA: HealthyKin replied to this review 5/1, and I reached out to customer service. Heard back from them 5/2 with an offer to pick up and replace however many boxes I felt necessary (still all three). Dan was not certain they could accomplish this prior to my departure date (5/7) on the trip I bought these for; however we could 'revisit' this re: any boxes I have left, afterward. Dan made no comment on the photo I emailed. (side note: This review site would be more detailed & informative if you had a place to include photos).
IF I can source masks locally, I plan to do that, and hopefully return these battered boxes. If I were shopping in-person in an unfamiliar store, I would not purchase items in boxes this shopworn, especially for personal protective devices costing over $1 each after shipping charges.
Interestingly, this item is no longer available on the website. Perhaps I got the last 3 boxes?"
