"Hello. I ordered 2 cases of Derma Rain body wash. However, one case was not packed correctly- bottles NOT standing upright but sideways. Bottle tops were not on tightly. The bottles were not completely closed and spilled inside the shipping box. I also had to clean the outside of the bottles from the spillage. Two of the bottles were completely empty. I had to screw tightly all bottles. Why was there not a tamper proof seal for each bottle? How can I receive a replacement of two bottles? Our organization is providing hygiene products to homeless families. I need every item I purchased."
