I purchased this item from you before-and was very happy with it. With this reorder, I was very disappointed to find it is NOT THE SAME.
It doesn't look as it is pictured on the webpage. It is not cut the same way, is much harder and the the egg crating points are much flatter and not as cushioning.
It also seems to be unevenly cut.
If the company has changed the product manufacture, they should update the picture on webpage for consumer to see.
I use this for my legs for varicose veins and phlebitis and it is not suitable for this, as the previous purchase was.
I would like a full refund.
I requested a shipping label for return to obtain a full refund and was told I would need to ship at my expense as shipping labels are not available. If this is the case I should be offered a full refund WITHOUT being obligated to ship the item back-as it is not as advertised accurately."

I was home and nothing had been delivered. I notified UPS immediately. They started tracking the package. But to my surprise my neighbor brought it to my house and placed it at the door.

"I got a text from a rep when I asked how to return this item and he wrote me a lovely text and included an address for me to send the cane. When I tookm it to the FEDEX return center they would not except it because I did not have a FEDEX label because I was not sent one. Could somebody sent me a label."
