"My company ordered a rolling shower chair, once received we assembled to realize it was the wrong size. When we inquired about the different size we were told by Dan Brown that this product was not available in that size. After discussion with the manufacturer it indeed is. We requested return information. The product was new and never used. After assembly we had thrown the original box away thus had to repackage for the return in a different box. We received a message today that Dan is refusing our credit because the product was not it new condition which is a flat out lie, it was never used. We will never do business with this company again and I am disputing the charge."

“Finish Line DME obviously does not mind selling used medical equipment. We don't sell used equipment. James Buck from Finish Line DME received the product exactly as described on our website. Bath safety products are non-returnable. We made an exception for them and they sent back a chair that was obviously used and we could never resell. As a courtesy we also resent the product back to them at our expense.”
