If you can't send out an e-mail when you ship the package, then why bother sending one at all? I'm glad I only ordered one roll of tape. Now I know who not to get all my wound care supplies when I get my prescription filled this month.

You still don't get it. If you are going to send out an e-mail telling your customer that their product is on the way, SEND IT ON THE SAME DAY YOU SEND THIER ORDER. This way your customers know when to expect delivery and make arrangements to receive the package. I had no ideal when the package would arrive and with all the snow we have been getting, had I not have been home, I might be digging that box out of a snow bank on my porch. Yes you have fast delivery. But your paperwork in notifying your customer needs improvement!

Thank you for your apology. Had you done this in the first place and not come back with what I considered inappropriate comments, you might have a lifetime customer rather than a former customer, who, if I wasn't out of the tape I ordered, would be returning the order for a refund. Not only does your notification process need improvement, but so does your customer service.
An apology that you fell behind in your notifications fell behind and couldn't keep up with the speed that orders were being shipped on my first review would have made all the difference in the world. Instead You Bragged on how your "Supperfast" delivery was the reason I received my order before an e mail, trying to make your delivery sound faster than an e-mail was ridiculous. If you have a problem, own the problem, apologize to the customer, AND THEN MAKE SURE YOU FIX THE PROBLEM. This is the way to retain upset customers.
