And to receive my order just 2 days later is quite impressive. I've experienced delivery times of 7 business days or more from shippers less than 400 miles from my home. They do seem to take care of their customers! I am sure to re-order supplies from them again."

"Very disappointed with delivery. I spent the extra $29.00, because I NEEDED the product! I emailed customer service verifying when 2nd day delivery would deliver. Once verified I felt comfortable the product would be on time. So when I found out the product had been shipped ground and was being delivered late. I was frustrated at best -- especially when I did due diligence on verifying delivery times!! This left me little time to make other arrangements. Healthkin.com did promptly refund my $29.00, but I would never purchase from them again with anything expedited. . Supposedly, the product will show up a day late -- But, a day late in the medical product industry is not what a customer wants. I had a single pack of the product shipped overnight from a competitor and received it on time!!"
