"Rapid shipping makes this company a pleasure to work with. Also their prices are closer to distributer rates than most other sites. I placed my order very early on Monday and received the order by Wednesday. A prior order wasn't processed as quickly but all efforts were made to fix the issues at that point in time. My only wish would be to have lower shipping rates but I know that would affect the pricing on other items. "

Don't be afraid to contact HealthyKin via their contact system. They are really on top of things! Since my initial review I have received 2 very speedy responses from HealthyKin's customer service department. They gave me all the information that I asked for. They also monitor the reviews on this site, and I received an email from them to make sure I was happy with their service. All companies should care that much and provide this kind of service.
Once that information is reviewed by the board of our horse rescue, I'm sure we will be doing business with HealthyKin."
"I ordered something on August 7, 2013 at about 10:30pm. I used ground transportation for the mail. I got an e-mail on Aug.8 saying the product was shipped. Aug.9, just out of curiosity, and not knowing from where the order was shipped, I e-mailed HealthyKin and asked when I could expect my order. Within minutes, I received a VERY nice reply saying that it should have already been delivered. I went to the door, and, well--there it was! "After reading here about all the quick ships, I ordered; only to be sadly disappointed. I ordered on Monday, and it shipped today, FRIDAY. Now I have to change travel plan's for next week; UPS will not deliver until Tuesday afternoon. That is over a week from order date until delivery date. Makes me question all those shipped the same day reviews.....____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

My Receipt from HK.com reports the date of order as 7/29/2013 3:40:01 PM; So I am not mistaken about that. Although HK.com did create the label at 2:09am PDT on 7/31/2013 (2 days after order), It was not touched by UPS until 11:40PM PDT on 7/31/2013, And the package did not leave the UPS building until 2:00am PDT 8/1/13. So I apologize for my 1 day error. If you would have shipped it out on Tuesday, the day after you received the order, I would have had it with-in a week, and that would have been acceptable.
Most places in California have a shut-off of between 2pm and 4pm, or it will ship the next day. You did not meet that accepted practice. My point is: although you may ship most orders the same day, you do not ship all orders the same or the next day after the order.
I do not accept your offer of a $9.95 refund to remove my review."
