"I've ordered from HealthyPets.com for years. Usually, they've been great - products arrive quickly and the price is great. However, this order had a glitch. I ordered Frontline Plus flea and tick treatment for two cats for a year. Otherwise, 2, 12 month orders. Frontline doesn't come in a 12 application package, so to receive a 12 month order Healthy Pets sends 2 six month packages. So, I should have received 4 six month packages. I received 2. I did call the 800 number and explained to the customer representative that I had not been sent my entire order. Hopefully, his assurances that the missing packages will be sent out immediately is the truth. So, right now I'm waiting to see if HealthyPets.com will correct their error and send me the remainder of my order, so ignore me. I'm hoping they come through as I have had a long history with them and would like to continue to order from them."

"This web site delivers quickly and I appreciate that greatly. This product I ordered requires a scoop to do the dosing. This container did not have a scoop and there is no dose given other than by the scoop. I will call tomorrow and ask for the dose or have a scoop sent. "

"What a royal rip off. They debited my account on Dec 2 and didn't ship until Dec 8, so they obviously didn't the medicines in stock. It's actually illegal to charge your account before shipping. When they did ship, they left off the street address so the package was undeliverable. Called for a refund and they refused any blame. "The return policy does state the items must be returned unopened. However, I had to open them to try them. My cat threw up one, wouldn't eat the other and the last product was a solid mass. Spoke to Jose via email, he said to return them for a 50% store credit. I have heard nothing, no reply to follow up emails and my account has been deactivated. I would say NO DON'T ORDER from them. I am out $43.92, products were returned and I have no refund of any kind. BAD PEOPLE!!!"
