"Horrible customer service. Placed order on Aug 31, 2010 for priority mailing of Azoydl. Spent $141.04 plus the shipping. Item is to be shipped on ice. Received item on Sept 7th, 2010 and very warm. When I called to tell them of this, they said they shipped it within the time and that ice packs melt. I asked how good the medicine would still be and they didn't know. I asked about a refund and to get the medicine sooner and they said I would have to repay the money plus pay for overnight shipping and then I could file a claim and "maybe" get the money back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said the same thing then told me to call the company who makes the meds and ask them if it was still good. But he "William" couldn't do anymore to help me. I called the medicine company and noone has returned my call. What do I do? Do I give the meds to the dog who is already in Renal failure and this is medicine to help her or do I say I just wasted all that money. I will never order from them again. Rude, uncaring and very poor customer service. Very unsatisfied!!"

"I am so frustrated with this online store that I have come to write a review. I ordered 2 leashes - shipped one back exactly according their specs with an RA # on my package and to their address, etc at my expense. I have never been credited so I email about every week! They have since responded to 4 of my follow-up emails saying its in the works, being processed. THEN on Dec 28th they said they cannot find my return! 1 month later; and that I need to call Monday thru Sat. I called on my Saturday morning and they told me I have to call Monday for a supervisor to handle returns! Seems like such a scam to me. I would NEVER buy from this company again. "

However, code was not accepted. I wrote them, several times, and finally received this reply:

Thank you for your email. The coupon you are referring to is only applicable for orders of the "Doggles Originalz" product line and not the "ILS - Interchangeable Lens System" as your ordered.

I feel cheated, and in all likelihood you would too. I recommend finding another merchant, one that does not cater to false advertising, and most certainly one that honors their commitments."

I never received ANYTHING from them, although they claim they delivered it and promised to resend the Advantage flea product, confirming the address. Well, I didn't get anything then either and they would not call me back (I had to leave messages) nor reply to emails. I am out over $43.00 for nothing!
