I find it unacceptable that this isn't listed on the site and can't believe that I had to call to get this information. Had I not called would I just be sitting waiting for the item to arrive? Yes I would. I am pretty easy going, so normally this would not be a big deal. However, the item is a gift for my mother's birthday which is next week. She's going to be thrilled with a picture of the item and an IOU. Really happy with the purchase. "
