"I ordered a bag in electric blue...really loved the color. It indicated that that was in stock and the charge showed on my credit card. After waiting 10 days I called customer service and a very nice gentleman made inquiries and found out that color was no longer in stock! I never received notice of this!! He offered me a choice of another color and I did hear one I liked. With much trepidation I changed my order and now hope I will get the replacement bag and not get charged twice. I loive these bags and had hoped to order again in the future but will have to wait and see."

"Ridiculously poor customer service. The order was placed a week ago. After four business days without receiving a shipping notification I decided to call to make sure the item had shipped. Come to find out, the item I purchased is on backorder and won't be arriving until at least April 23rd.
I find it unacceptable that this isn't listed on the site and can't believe that I had to call to get this information. Had I not called would I just be sitting waiting for the item to arrive? Yes I would. I am pretty easy going, so normally this would not be a big deal. However, the item is a gift for my mother's birthday which is next week. She's going to be thrilled with a picture of the item and an IOU. Really happy with the purchase.
