"The product that I ordered is not comfortable. also it is not wide enough, it too narrow. it will not comfortably accommodate a larger person. Given the rates of obesity in the American population, you should make your product about 3 inches wider.

Also, it took about a week for the product to get to my house. While i understand your need not to keep excess inventory on hand, customers like to receive their merchandise relatively quickly. "

I left a note for the FedEx delivery guy and he wouldn't deliver it without a signature. So, after 3 attempts, I'm assuming my order was returned. I will purchase somewhere else with less hassle.
