"Still waiting for my order to arrive"

"My comments (on my order) and emails to customer service did not receive a response. Their website had been down while a sale was going on. Their system had been fixed after several days (and several attempts that I had had to try to purchase the item) and, at that time, the item was no longer on sale, but I went ahead and purchased it. I was charged the regular price.
I sent in an email on 7/10/13 to customer service asking whether they had received or read my comments about the sale price. I received no response. I also chatted online with customer service on July 12, 2013. They would not respond to my question about whether I could have the sale price because it had been their fault that I was not able to purchase at the sale price. I did ask for a supervisor's email during the chat on 7/12/13 and an address was given to me. It's not worth the $6 differential in the regular and sale price (for my time and for all of this aggravation.) Also, the pillow has a terrible smell that may make it unusable for me and I am not allowed to return it. I couldn't be more disappointed with Healthy Back."
"Had a lot of problems using the web site when I first tried to order. Later things went much better. The item I ordered did not work for me so I have returned it to be replaced with another similar product. So we will see later when this transaction is complete."

"After 2 weeks since I placed my order, I finally received it today. I was immediately disappointed when I discovered that my new comfort cloud pillow was standard size, and not queen size as I had been told by a phone rep. But it IS comfortable and think it will be good for neck problems. However, I got two pillows - exactly the same, when I ordered only 1. I was also charged for 2. A support chat person, named Christopher finally admitted that it was your mistake and guided me through the return steps. He was very patient and professional. "
