"Healthy Back listed an item on their website that was not in fact available from their online warehouse. They also didn't let me know that anything was wrong until I asked. By the time they located the item at one of their stores and made a plan for someone to pick it up and mail it to me, the item would have arrived in about twice the time estimated on the website. Their staff were pleasant and were willing to go out of their way to obtain the item for me, but their website should have been accurate to begin with, and their communication was poor. I ended up having to scramble to obtain the item elsewhere at the last minute."
"I ordered the back stretcher over two weeks ago.. I called today, because I have not heard anything from the HBS since. The CS person, essentially has no idea when my order may/will be shipped.. and kept referring to the "small print" that says it could take up to eight weeks for items not in stock, to ship. It would really be nice to know, at the time of ordering, if an item was "not in stock", and may take two months to receive. I will never order/return to HBS."

You have 2 days to deliver a chair or I will contest the charge with my credit card company. If it shows up after Friday, you can pay for the return shipping, because I won't want it anymore. I will buy elsewhere.
