"The product I purchased ripped/broke the very first use. I contacted support, and was sent a replacement. The replacement ALSO broke very. first. use. I then requested a refund, they agreed, then sent me an email saying I was getting a credit. I complained, to which she said she had made a mistake in the email and I would get a credit (most likely was a copy/paste email, but she was too lazy or didn't think to customize it? idk). Then a week or so after I had sent the product back (at my own expense mind you) I emailed and asked when I could expect a refund, and received an email where she didn't even answer the question (basically said "it was issued"). So I asked...yet again..., this time I got another cookie cutter email that said i was charged a 20% restocking fee.. I emailed AGAIN saying I shouldn't be charged a restocking fee since I wasn't told that in the beginning, received a condescending response that basically said I need to read more thoroughly (further down the email it said the refund total did not include a restock fee, but how do I know which was the mistake, the total or where it said there was a fee???), so I replied to her again expressing that I wanted to shop with them in the future but I was frustrated at their service and products. I received a straight up condescending, rude response from customer service. Products are junk. Customer service is junk. "

"I bought an item but then the next day, around 12 hrs later, decided to cancel cause I found something else that was better. They wouldn't let me cancel, fine I guess, so I had to wait for it to arrive at my place. The woman on the phone told me that I wouldn't have to pay the restocking fee if I didn't open the package. 3 days later it arrived at my house and so I immediately stuck it into another shipping bag and paid for shipping fee for it to be sent back. 3 days later the company received the package and I got an email 2 days later about my refund. They said that the item had actually been opened and would charge me a restocking fee of 20 percent. I'm very angry because I didn't open it. I should have take a video for proof. Upset and would never purchase from here again. "

"I ordered a product through this company and they sent my ex wife an email confirmation. They did not ask for my consent, I did not give them her email address, I used a brand new account with an address that is not associated with my ex... Yet they sent her an email with the details of my order. When I called to try and find a remedy, they acknowledged their error and apologized to me but they refused to do either refund my account or send an apology for their mistake to my ex... Who needless to say is livid."
