Jackie went above and beyond to assist me in getting the package tracked and even called me the next day to follow up and let me know my watch scheduled to arrive that Friday. "I wish there was a Zero star rating for this seller. I bought a fitness monitor, which quit working 3 weeks after delivery. Although this seller claims to have a 45-day return policy, what they don't tell you is that you will have to pay for both return shipping charges and a restocking fee - even if the product is defective and useless!!! In my case, I paid them $150 but, after paying for return shipping and their restocking fee, I would get back only around $100 upon returning a completely defective product. They told me to contact the manufacturer, Garmin, which I did but Garmin won't give me any refund at all because I didn't buy the product directly from them."

"Purchased a Mio strapless heart rate monitor. HRM website did not specify that a smartphone was required to program the product. After receipt, had to go to Mio website to find out about the smartphone. I do not have a smartphone or have access to one. HRM would not take responsibility for the lack of info on their website. I had to pay for return shipping and was also charged a re-stocking fee and I am a VIP Customer! I will never purchase from HRM again."

I used a coupon code for 5% off. After I placed the order I saw another code for 10% off. I called and they immediately credited me for the other 5%! :) Happy Customer!

I ordered a FitBit charging cord (less than $10) to have it shipped to my daughter who lives out of town. They cancelled / rejected the order because the shipping address was different than my billing address. They didn't just put the order on hold - they cancel - after I have received an acknowledgement.
Why do they even give you that option if that is what they are going to do?"
"Sorry customer service. They like to use the "sorry, I found your emails in my junk folder" lie. After several emails and several weeks I just gave up trying to deal with them. Shop somewhere else. Even if they are a little cheaper it's not worth it when you need help and there is none."

I ordered a Polar Loop and the chest strap as it was $10 less then Amazon. That was one of my biggest mistakes. The Polar loop did not charge and sent me a wrong size chest strap. So I tried to return and exchange those products. When I was told that I had to pay for the return which was about $9 , I followed up with their so called Customer Service. That was a circus. Customer no service was rude and refuse to listen. No matter what question I ask the answer is see the website. So I followed up again through the Customer Service Chat but no luck. But it clearly states on it that if the product is defective, they will provide a prepaid label for shipping back. She also mentioned that if their technical team decide that it is defective, they will send me a new one it could be another 7 days? where is the guaranty that will come back in a working condition ? by now I would have spent $160 for the original $130 and unable to use it,
I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. If you receive a defective or wrong order you have NO LUCK.

"Miserable customer service. Agents denied knowing about a coupon code offered for liking on Facebook. Agent would not honor the offer. When I in ally found a workaround to get the coupon code FB10GIFT and placed the order, it took 45 minutes of chat and calls, I got an email canceling the order as out of stock. "We only have old models no newest versions" WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
Web site STILL shows both colors of Fitbit One as available to ship."
"I placed an order and the tracking information they provided did not register on the DHL website. After several days, I contacted the company and was told that they could not do anything for 14 days and to let them know if the order had not arrived by that time. I did not receive the package and 14 days later, I was told they could either reship using the same method (which I turned down as this had already proved to be unreliable) or I could request a refund. I was told my refund would be processed 2-5 bus. days and it was not so I called and was told it would be processed the following day. It was not so I called again today and was told it would be processed today. I contacted my credit card company and they still do not show a pending credit. Several excuses have been made as to why I am yet to receive a credit including: the person who was supposed to process it is on vacation, they were in and out of meetings all day, they had internet outage issues. This is absurd, it has been over 3 weeks since the order was placed, and over one week since I was told a refund would be issued. I suspect I will be filing a credit card dispute shortly. In the meantime I thought I would get the word out and warn other shoppers."

"I would not shop with these guys again. The day after I placed my order, they ran a special on the same item. I called to see if they would be willing to give me the promotional price, but they said that there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could return the product and repurchase the product at the promotional price and they said that I would be subject to a restocking fee. Customer Service is terrible and most local merchants, such as REI will price match these folks, so buying from them is irrelevant. Besides, when you buy from a local store, you get the product in hand right away and do not have to wait for the item to be shipped."
