"First of all I saw your rep on Twin Cities Live and she was talking about the %'s off on items. But to me the prices she quoted was when one when you joined Heartland for a year which was a price as well. I do not recall her talking about having to join for a year to get the cheapest price.
I wanted to support your company so I chose to order but had to spend $99.00 for free shipping. Now at first my Visa did not put it through as they thought it might be a fraud alert. I did explain I had ordered but then the more I thougjt about it I was going to cancel. Now this was 11pm and I called mid morning to be told order already shipped??????? and I couldn't cancel. Then I asked if I could send back only to be told I then had to pay for shipping. I have to admit I was very upset. There should be a 24hr. wait in case of cancel before items ship Now I am screwed as if I send back then it costs me and no products. Thought this was handled very poorly and I was even talking to a manager.
Sorry unhappy customer and will never order again.
