"What I ordered can on time, I had a shoe size issue which was handled expeditiously and promptly. The only problem was that when I called to place another order, I had included ordering batteries which would get my order large enough to qualify for free shipping. However, I was told 'Battery purchasing isn't calculated in for the free shipping!?!?!
I'm still annoyed and haven't ordered anything since.
