"I ordered this item on the second and they said 3 day priority shipping but it is now the 10th and no package yet. I checked the tracking record and it is incomplete and has not been updated. I have no idea where my package is. Next time I am ordering off of Amazon. I have never had problems with Amazon delivering fast and I get free shipping through them and guaranteed 3 day shipping. Not happy with Heartmonitors.com and probably will never use them again and I will tell all my runner friends not to use them either. I do not think that a company that claims fast shipping can use the excuse that the carriers they use are at fault. If you have problems with your carriers, then don't use them. Or don't advertise fast shipping. We had no bad weather or anything that should have delayed shipping. "
