"Ordered our books July 13th, our email confirmation said they would arrive in 3-5 business days via FEDEx, they never showed up. I called again on July 21st and was told they were back ordered - that would have been nice for hearsmart to inform us of that, we would have ordered elsewhere.
That is not something we should find out only by calling asking where our order is 10 days later when we were told 3-5 business days.
At that time, we were told they would be overnighted to us, they never arrived, never shipped. (We had to accept a portion of the order as "E-books" and were told the remaining physical books would be overnighted, that was on July 21st, and those never arrived either. As a result, We have had to cancel 2 classes now. Then I spoke to someone on Thursday August 4th, and was promised they would be overnighted that day and we would get them Monday Aug 8th and we never got them! It is now Tuesday and a month later, and still no books or communication from HeartSmart. For a company who claims to supports saving lives, it sure is a joke when a company cannot even hold their training for employees due to Heartsmart not shipping the material to do so!

"Ordered Philips HeartStart Onsite Replacement Pads Cartridge on 4/9/2022. Order #349393. It is now 6/29/2022 and we're still waiting. Have called and was told they are back ordered. Also told on last call that the current, past due replacement pads, will only be good until July. Was never initially contacted by Heartsmart and informed of back order nor has there been any follow up from them."

Our race series also has a Jaws of Life and additional fire extinguishers. So this was a natural.
Budget for next year includes one or 2 more as FFF expands its Education Center with Birds on the Brink.
I was Army combat medic. Current 1st responder training included AED use. Having seen multiple times where conventional CPR had to be kept up until cardiac help was there, including one at a race track, I felt this was well worth the investment.

"Hopefully this will be a good lifesaver if /when needed but you really have to question the quality assurance and reliability when the are the simplest conflicts such as:
1. The "register online" url is incorrect on the warranty card.
2. In addition, the warranty on our unit is 8 yrs (verified on the registration call) although, on the box it's printed only 4 yrs.
The "cartridges" are one-time use only which resulted in wasting one upon activation when turning the unit on to test and set up and requiring us to purchase replacements and back ups right off the bat (spent an additional $217.80 w/ the discount offered) Nifty little gadget, just hope it does the job when its time."
