"This appears to be a really well designed cooler but be careful it does not fit all models shown on the data page. I have a Gigabyte GTX 275 GV-N275UD-8961 and it does not fit this model. Their are more memory chips than it's designed for and the piece that connects to the voltage regulators will not match up either.

I'm returning the cooler to the Vendor and they have said they are experiencing a higher than expected volume of these types of problems on the 280 cooler."

"My first order. Product arrived by FedEx in good time considering it crossed the continent diagonally. Outer box was pristine. Some brown paper provided enough padding considering the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme cpu cooler was well protected in its' box. I cut the round tape tabs myself on the retail box, then noticed the inner heatsink box had been opened. That scared me. I've looked the outer retail box over and have to think I got a factory seal. The heatsink hardware plastic bags had been opened as well and that was REALLY scary. Happy ending though; it's all there, the cooler is perfect with original plastic on the base and unopened Chill Factor thermal compound. I'm happy and would shop with The Heatsink Factory again."

"These guys set the benchmark for best customer service. I have dealt with hundreds of vendors and not a single one of them can match the quality service Heatsink Factory produces.

I ordered a Noctua heatsink and unfortunately it didn't perform the way I had anticipated (not Heatsink Factory's fault). I emailed them asking if they had any suggestions on how I could improve the cooling. They were great at offering suggestions and when I decided that the heatsink wasn't going to work, they offered to take care of me, no questions asked.

They are very prompt to respond and a complete class act. My situation could have potentially turned into an ugly one but they didn't miss a beat and went well out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
