"Overall, I LOVE the product that I ordered from Helzberg. The pricing was awesome, you had exactly what I was looking for, and the online checkout process was great!However, the delivery process left quite a bit to be desired.I placed my order on 4/10, and in the email it said I would receive a notification when it had shipped to the store for pickup. However, 12 days went by and I didn't receive any notification on it at all. I chatted in with a Customer Service rep and they said it would be ready in a few days however, I never received any update on it or the process with it being shipped or the date I could pick it up.I finally ended up calling Helzberg and that rep was very helpful and called the store to confirm in fact it was ready. When i went into the store to pick it up, they let me know it had been ready for several days. However, I had never been contacted via email as it said I would be. This part of the process was very disappointing. Right looks great though"
