"Brand new truck dropped off with 1480 miles in perfect condition, bought new a few weeks ago, not even a scratch yet. I get it back and the front passenger side corner is CRUSHED IN likely from someone backing into it. Had to go back and review Hendrick's security footage with Joad and Evan the service managers to confirm it was damaged at Hendrick Toyota of Apex! They first said they checked their footage and denied it was their fault, but once we watched the video together, suddenly they saw it came in perfect and got pulled up to be given back to me damaged. I did not get anything in writing, just word of mouth from Joad who appeared annoyed he had to work with me in this situation. Hopefully he actually calls me with updates on when I have to now go to the Collision Center to get this repaired.
I will require brand new genuine Toyota parts due to how new and low millage my truck is, not just a pop it out and paint it fix.
On top of that, I do require the use of a dash cam in my vehicle at all times. The dealer disabled the camera (unplugged it) and luckily I noticed as soon as I opened the door to pick up the truck. There needs to be a bright notice or card left in the vehicle when you do this so customers notice their dash cam is unplugged and can plug it back in! I understand for liability/privacy that you disable it but TELL ME YOU DID IT SO I CAN PUT IT BACK! Or put up signs when you pull in that dash cams are not allowed and the customer can unplug it, or you will as a notice! In my case there was no reason for the work needing to be done to be disabled, it was purely preference of the dealership to do this (no work done in the interior at all).
I did have a good experience with Arron Evans, he was great to work with. The two managers Evan Jones and Joad Turnquest where not very friendly, Evan was better to work with than Joad. Joad seems unhappy with his job, never apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience.
Furthermore, before my dash cam was disabled I did capture footage of a guy who moves the vehicle from drop off to the back lot messing around in my truck, playing with the stereo, changing the stations to find a good song, turning up the volume, and just hanging out in my truck for a bit. Very unprofessional!"

Toyotas are the best, but they also need maintenance and parts replaces (like brake pads). And every little helps after so much inflation over the past few years. 5 thumbs up!
