"I purchased parts for my vehicle this process was great. The issue I had was when I wanted to go get the parts. I assumed as this is a Toyota dealer I could just go at anytime, as this is not a special order part and get what I had paid for.
I apparently couldn’t just show up and get the parts, but was told this is a special person who gets these online orders ready, I was shocked when I had to leave with no parts and waited another 4 days.
How is this the process…terrible."

Haven’t heard anything and you’re wanting an atta boy! i’ve been a parts msn all my life. no one called me and said y’all didn’t have it in stock. I haven’t heard anything since I talked to your guy on 9/9. am I satisfied hell no. Don’t get in touch with me again unless you’re telling me my parts on the way with shipping information where I can track it. This is ridiculous."
