"Despite the moderate prices, this reseller fails to inform customers that items are backordered but will manage to charge your credit anyways. The only indication of a backorder would be a delayed shipment, viewable on the website but with no solid reason for the delay. You must call to find out a "soft" date on which the items will ship and getting a live person is a hassle in itself."
