"I used herbal remedies to order 15 products for a total of 150 dollars. I found the shipping to be slow and and expensive(52 dollars) which amounted to more than 1/3 the cost of the order. Even when it did arrive only half the items were sent. I had to wait another month to receive a few more items. The balance of my order was never delivered and I received no explanation. In spite of numerous emails (there is no way to directly contact the company) I was totally ignored and even though I paid for the complete order never received it. I had to resort to contacting visa to hold the funds pending an investigation. This is not an acceptable way of shopping on line. I will never order from them again and I would caution others to seek an alternative site for your health supplies.

"On March 17, 2011 I placed an order which has not been delivered. I've tried several attempts logging on to my account for a delivery status, their website keeps indicating my password is wrong. I made several request that they email my password "so far no reply". Since they do not list their email or phone number on their website I have no way of contacting them directly. I'm in doubt of their service & integrity in being a reliable merchant to do business with. My credit card billing validates a transaction the day after I placed the order. Typically, a company will bill you when the item is shipped. Also, after placing my order there was a notice saying that a confirmation would be sent to my email "this never happened!""
