It is a scam

"I made an order on Nov 21 and never received the order. They are not available on the phone and hardly reply to emails. They create a Fedex label to give you the illusion that your order is about to be shipped but it is never shipped. Bottom line -DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"

Delayed Shipping & Then only a partial shipment of Order

"Ordered 3 bottles@ $3.22 each on 4/20 with $4.95 shipping. No replies to my inquiries as to shipment. Finally received partial (1) shipment on 5/10. Was charged $3.22 + $4.95 for 1 bottle. Shipping was more than cost of bottle!!!! They did refund cost of other 2 bottles($6.44) WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I bought an item from this company on April 8th. Never got the order. called customer service. Left a message. Never got a response. I didn't spend more than 10 dollars. Thank God. They are a rip off. Please warn consumers. This company is a fraud."

Horrible customer service

"I ordered from this company on March 30. I have emailed back-and-forth with customer support to find out when my order would ship. They gave me a tracking number but the item was never received by FedEx. The customer service person I was emailing with was rude in their emails and I requested a refund and they will not respond. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They are a fraud and as we know we can dispute with our banks but it has become a real hassle dealing with this company."

Look at product description and item weight.
Paid a lot for shipping as this was supposed to be a heavy package. Got a small package with only 5 (4 pack) packets. Impossible to reach customer service . The phone does not get picked up. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Tried to contact Customer Service. So far no Luck in getting to customer service.

Horrible Customer Service, Still Have Not Received Product 9 Days After Ordering

"The company has awful customer service, unfriendly, and they act as if they just want to get through each phone call as quickly as possible, if you can even manage to speak to someone that is. They originally did communicate with me that part of my order was delayed, though five days later, no order, nothing. I messaged them on multiple occasions, and finally was able to speak to someone, and they acted as if it was an inconvenience to have to speak to me, and would not even allow me to explain the problem until I said they were being rude by not allowing me to explain the issue. Ordered two items from this store on February 24, 2020, it is now March 4, 2020, and no order, when I check the tracking information online, I keep getting a message which says "Tracking status pending. Please try again later." So, I am not even sure if I will ever see this order, it seems to be lost. The least they could do after I messaged them repeatedly trying to get a response from the company, and after spending some real time trying to track down this order, is to say we apologize for the inconvenience, but getting that small amount of courtesy was like pulling teeth. I would avoid this company. Save your money, there are websites like Vitacost.com and Swanson.com, Wal-Mart.com, and even CVS.com, that sell the same items, and all of these companies have good customer service, and you can actually depend on them to ship out an order in a reasonable amount of time."

Terrible service. Stay away!!

"After 2 weeks no product. When I FINALLY reached a live human they said that the product had been delayed by the manufacturer. Most companies either tell you when you order that they are out of stock or communicate with you that your order has been delayed.
Never again will I order from this company. Buyer beware!!
Of course they had charged me on the day I ordered !!

Unreliable Merchant!! Stay away!!

"Unreliable seller!! Stay away!!
Unreliable seller. My order was cancelled, but I was never notified or refunded by the seller. I only realized this after looking into my order status after nothing ever showed up.
Hopefully this unreliable merchant will at least provide a refund with minimal additional hassle.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

"I placed an order with Herbspro on November 6, 2019. I never received my order and emailed them about it. They replied and said that they had sent me a delay email but I never received such an email. They sent me links in the order confirmation email but the links did not work. I couldn't access my online Herbspro account. I have changed my password twice and I still cannot access my account. I sent several emails about these problems and no one responded. Something is very wrong here. Check out all of the bad reviews online. It has been 2 weeks and they just ignore my requests. Customer service is horrible, I can't access my account, they do not respond to my concerns and I have not received my order. Lucky for me I used PayPal to make this purchase. I filed a complaint with PayPal and within 2 days I received a full refund. Several days after that Herbspro finally responded to one of my old emails saying they had canceled my order and sent me a refund. They had no choice. I will never do business with this company again and I urge anyone to think twice before placing an order with them. Believe the bad reviews."

"They wanted to prove it was me by filling out a form from my credit card. I phoned them. He said it was OK. I ordered double the amount and they sent me another form to prove it was me (they said new customers got this). I finally filled it out and then they sent me a notice they were out of the item. I sent a note to the customer service person and never heard back. And when I hit the link to give a review it sent me to shopping.com"

Worst business ever!!!

"Worst business ever!!!! Orders take over two weeks arrive.
I contacted customer service several times with no response.
Their prices may be low but they are the most unprofessional, worst business operation that I have ever dealt with. I will happily spend more money at another vendor to get real customer service and my products in a timely manner instead of being completely ignored and everyone giving me the run-around. I hope they go out of business.

Never received my order! They claimed they shipped but FedEx ensures that only a label was created and never left their warehouse.

"I purchased 30 bars of soap on Aug. 1 and today is Agu. 30. HerbsPro sent a notification 3 days after purchasing that it shipped, but according to FedEx only the label was issued. This package NEVER left their facility. I called Herbspro several times and no one gave any answers. I asked for this to be shipped so I could receive my product and that never happened. No one called to give any explanations why they could not ship after demanding to have this. Herbspro charged my order on Aug. 1 and 30 days later they did not refund, nor give me what I purchased. Definitely do now want to use them again."

NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER

"I USED TO PURCHASE FROM IHERB UNTIL SOME OF THEIR PRODUCTS HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I GOOGLED ONE OTHER PRODUCT WHICH WAS DISCONTINUED ON IHERB BUT AVAILABLE AT A LESSER PRICE ON HERBSPRO. ON THE FAQ, IT SAYS, ALL IN STOCK PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. MINE TOOK MORE THAN 6 DAYS. AND THAT TOO, WITH AN EMAIL CONTAINING THE TRACKING # THAT IS 'INVALID' ON FEDEX'S SITE. THANK GOD I PAID VIA PAYPAL AND HAVE SET UP A CASE, REQUESTING FOR A REFUND. I AM DOING THAT NOW AND WILL NO LONGER BE PURCHASING FROM HERBSPRO. EVERY TIME I GO ON CHAT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT NO LATER BY THIS AND THIS DATE BUT THE ORDER IS STILL WITH 'PROCESSING' STATUS! "

Extremely poor customer service

"I ordered a herbal product, received a confirming email with the order number but when I input the order number to track it's progress their website said it did not exist. I was able to get a hold of someone via their chat room but all they said was it would ship in 2 or 3 days. This is already the third day since I ordered it in the first place! Their website said they had stock. To make matters worse they said absolutely nothing about why my order was "missing'' when I accessed their webpage tracking feature! This company has to pony up and perform tons better in order to get my business. Almost 100% of the online stores ship the next day. This one is lagging in the worst way. Their customer service person offered absolutely nothing in response to my concerns. I think another viewer pegged this company as never having stock but not informing their customer. They get the order, lie to you that they have it in stock, then lose your order number, then maybe ship it several days later.
Shady company if you ask me!
I say stay away from this company.

"This is a great company. I have not had any problems with them, although when they upgraded the website, I did have some difficulties, and they went above and beyond resolving the issues. They are a really great company that genuinely cares about their customers. As a business owner myself, who cares about customer service I will continue to do my business with Herbspro!
