"I tried to talk to customer service twice in regards to shipping charges. My order showed all the time free shipping and when I went to check out, a note appeared saying that shipping charges had just been changed. I called twice to clarify that, but both times I was treated pretty bad. Representatives have no manners whatsoever and make no effort to keep new customers.
I will be happy to take my business somewhere else. "
"I just placed an order where they changed the amount on the invoice 3 TIMES for no reason. Their order system takes you through a series of pages. After you select your shipping option and go on to the next page, they suddenly increase the shipping charge that they showed you for the selected shipping method on the previous page and increase the amount on your invoice. I was leery at this point, so I chose the PayPal option instead of giving them my credit card information. The amount I paid on PayPal was $84.63 (the second invoice amount). But when I received their email, they told me they charged me $85.09. I suspect there is something phishy going on here, but I am not sure yet. I sent them back an email saying that they need to correct the amount or cancel my order. I also told them that what they are doing is illegal and that I would report them to consumer affairs. I will let you know their response, but based on a previous reviewer's comments they are not likely to respond. "
"I try to use local businesses whenever I can and so I keep giving HerbsPro - about once a year. But I am officially giving up. Apparently their business model is to get the orders, source the product, and then ship. I'm okay with the idea, but their execution is anything but expedient. The last three attempts, I have cancelled my order after waiting 2-3 weeks. What makes them especially worrisome is the total absolute lack of communication. I contacted their support 3 times via email and not once did I receive a response. When I call on the phone, I usually have had to wait 15 minutes or more, sometimes to actually get disconnected when their queue time hits maximum. It just says "Goodbye" and that is it.

"I have ordered from herbs pro several times. I had to stop using credit card because they were charging other stuff with my # until I caught it. Sad that was taken care of, but I deided to use paypal. So the last twotimes I was told it was processed then a few days later sent out. Was suppossed to only take 5 to 6 days. It took 18 1/2 days the last two times because they lost it or forgot to send iout, even though they e-mailed me saying they had already. Then when you call &; ask, they act like its no big deal or not there fault that they39;ve made a mistake! I WILL NEVER ORDER Anything from them again. And would suggest no one else does either. Unless you like being lied to & Waiting weeks to get what you ordered."
"I placed an order for two supplements. Two weeks later, I did not receive my order and I did not receive an e-mail from them with an update. I called the toll free number and they said it was on back order and it would be 3 – 4 days until it comes in. I asked why I was not notified that the product was not available since they obviously were eager to accept my money but they did not want to keep me informed that I would not receive my product any time soon. They told me that they would not ship the one product that was in stock because the other item I ordered was not in stock. I soon found out they were tied to Top Brand Vitamins who I had the exact same experience with a month before. I asked if they would ship the item I ordered that was in stock right away since I had already wasted two weeks waiting for it and they would not do that. Do not waste your time and money with this company. You will only end up being frustrated like I was with their lack of communication and lack of available products to ship."
"I, like many of you have been taken advantage of by herbspro. I would like everyone that has had a problem with the to file a report with IC3.gov. They will shut them down from selling on the internet, if they find any wrong doings. Please do yourselves a favor and contact IC3.gov and report them, that is the only way to make these JERKS do what they are suppose to do.
If we have to we, as a collective can file a class action law suit against Herbspro"
"I made an order from HerbsPro and they charged my credit card instantly.
A few days later, I received an email from HerbsPro asking me to forward them a credit card statement or utility bill to verify the credit card. I informed them that I am uncomfortable sending them those documents for two reasons:
1) I have not dealt with HerbsPro before so the company is unknown to me; and
2) They have already charged my credit card anyway - it was on the statement.
HerbsPro then informed me that the items would be shipped as soon as they arrive at their warehouse. A few days later, I enquired about the status of the order and they said again that my credit card needs to be verified.
I explained the ealier two points again and explained that HerbsPro can either ship the items or refund the charges. The same cycle repeated itself until I finally asked them to refund the charges or I will file a complaint. Their response again was to send me an email requesting verification documents.
The reason this was annoying to me was that HerbsPro made the charges to my credit card before verifying it and then they refuse to issue a refund or deliver the goods.

"This seller is unreliable to the point of fraudulence. I ordered supplements from them through amazon.com that were clearly marked "in stock," and having heard nothing, 9 days later I wrote to ask about the shipping delay. They responded that what I ordered was unavailable from the manufacturer with no delivery date in sight. Why wait 9 days to inform me of this, and only then after I took the initiative to inquire? This kind of customer non-service is unconscionable and not a little reckless, considering how many dietary supplement sellers there are out there--most of whom sell exactly the same products. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere."
"I ordered 4 items from Herbs Pro for a total of $91.77. Herbs Pro was very prompt about charging my credit card for the full amount immediately. A week or so later, I got 2 of the 4 items I ordered.
The invoice included in the box showed a charge of $32.86 - of course I had already been charged the full $91.77. The invoice also said that I had agreed to the partial shipment. Not only was I never notified that some of the items were out of stock, my email to Herbs Pro requesting the status of my order, which should have generated some notification of out of stock items, was ignored.
I have emailed Herbs Pro to demand they return the appoximately $60 they took from me, but I don't have high hopes. I fully expect to have to get my money back through AMEX. I will never do business with Herbs Pro again."
"On Trac Delivery Service is the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. I had ordered on 10/15/2010 Marlyn Formula 50 vitamins from your company. On 10/18/2010 there was a door tag on my door at home. I immediately called the 800 number associated with On Trac and I was told by a cusotmer service rep named **** that an attempt had been made to deliver the vitamins at my home. She reassured me to sign the door tag and place it out on my door and the driver would redeliver on Tuesday. I came home Tuesday, no delivery. I called and spoke with her again on Tuesday evening. She updated notes in the computer stating that the driver would be notified with the proper gate code and would attempt to deliver on Wednesday. Again, I came home on Wednesday, no delivery. I spoke with **** today and I was informed that they had made 3 attempts to deliver the package and the vitamins would now be returned to your company. Just to let you know, no 3 attempts were ever made to my home. My phone has a caller ID unit and not one call was placed from the box at the gate (so I have no idea how the driver gained access the first time). I feel that they are one of the worst delivery companies I have ever encountered. I will do my best to share with anyone that I come in contact with never to do business with your company or theirs. I spoke with Ashwan (your company customer service rep) and was told that if I wanted the vitamins, I would have to pay an additional shipping charge. NO WAY! I'm requesting that my credit/debit card be credited for the amount that I have been charged. Furthermore, I hope to never do business with your company or On Trac Delivery Service again. I have ordered these same vitamins from another company in the past. I will definitely go back to ordering from them again. I thought I would give your company a chance...no way. Sign me ...A Very Unhappy Customer..."
