"It’s been almost 2 months since this incident but I’m just now getting enough downtime to go through my emails. Anyhow I ordered a new front 02 sensor and full exhaust gaskets turbo, headers, Downpipe. After receiving an email from Alec a about needing help tracking down part #’s from the order I was happy to assist and did so only to never receive an email back.

-Get the new 02 Sensor installed still have same code(Google Says Header Gaskets Can Cause the Code As Well)
-Have to work for a week, so can’t do the gaskets yet.
-Replace All Exhaust Gaskets (Same Code Still Popping)
-Send Alec Multiple Emails about a faulty 02 sensor with AGAIN no email back.
-Over a month period my headgaskets finally give out causing me to pull the motor out of the engine bay where I accidentally cut a wire on the 02 sensor.
-Need to order headgaskets and an engine rebuild kit but wanted to know if they were going to warranty the 02 sensor being faulty before the wire cut considering I had sent multiple emails.
-Get fed up enough with the situation to call Heuberger (1,000 miles away)
-Alec claims he received the email about helping him with part #s
-Claims not to have seen the emails about the 02 sensor but says “Let me see here” gets to digging and miraculously finds them.
-TELLS ME HE CANT WARRANTY the sensor because of the cut wire. That would have never been cut if he would’ve RESPONDED to those emails 2 months before I started my rebuild that he admitted to not opening.
-FLIPS THE STORY ON ME AND CLAIMS IM LYING.
It’ll be the last time I buy anything off of Heuberger, spend $2,500.00 this year to get told you’re a liar over a $160.00 sensor. Not worth my time, money, or business."
