"AMAZING experience! I was skeptical about ordering since I had read reviews here but they were the only site I could find that had a rare discontinued DVD I wanted instock. Before ordering I contacted someone by email to make sure it was indeed instock and so I wouldn't have to put in my credit card information for no reason. I received an answer in less than 24 hours and was told 2 copies were instock! I immediately ordered them and 2 weeks later here they are brand new with no loose discs! I also thought I should mention I didn't get charged any customs which almost always happens to me when I order from the States (I'm in Canada). A really great experience and I have no doubt that I'll be lured back to their extensive library and reliable service!"

"My first order after opening my account with HIDEFDVD was shipped to the wrong address. It was sent to my billing address not the address i put in the shipping profile. They told me it was my fault and i would have to pay for any extra shipping. They did not ask if i wanted it shipped to my billing address. Most companies ask you on the shipping information page if you want it shipped to your billing address and then you provide them with the shipping address. Even after i filled out the shipping profile they sent it to my billing address.
It should not have been shipped to my billing address if i gave them the shipping address. They could be more helpful, i am in switzerland and my now my order is at an address in the United States. I'm not happy, shipping is going to cost me a lot more than it should have and now someone else will have to take care of getting it shipped here. It's not a good way to treat a new customer. "

"This would be my first time ordering from HiDefDVD.com, and my first order besides Amazon. At first, I had doubts as their base prices were higher compared to Amazon, but the good thing is that I am able to pick my courier and this is something very important to me as I have had bad experiences with select International couriers. Another plus point is that they deliver titles at least one week earlier than the release dates! Customer service is very good, as they reply to tickets/inquiries as soon as they can, and they are very honest. Being an international shopper, I also appreciate their 'customs friendly' services and it really helps me a LOT.

Overall, good services and keep up the good work. I have already made my second order after a few days, and if HiDefDVD could have some sort of sale/bargain, I'm IN!

One thing to note though: hopefully they could notify promptly on reordering titles in any case of recalls, etc (case in point being Iron Man).
