"Very dissatisfied with the service from Hitch Anything. Two of three of my parts were on back order and I was never notified. Sent an email into sales asking about my order and I never received a reply. This happened more than once! After calling into sales, I was informed that I would get a response that day and once again, nothing. After three phone calls, I final got informed that my order was backordered and was scheduled to ship that day. A few more days went by and I finally got tracking info and my parts a few day later.
