"I just received and installed the Curt 11200 Trailer Hitch Receiver Class 1 1-1/4" Receiver for my 2011 CT200h Lexus.

The delivery service was very good. Upon purchasing the Curt Hitch i did not receive the shipping tracking info so I emailed the Hitchanything help email address (****@****) and i received the tracking info a day later, so the response time was good and fast.

In regards to the package (manual, hitch and fasteners and bill of materials) the box was not damaged and the hitch was wrapped quite well and it contained all of the necessary components to mount the hitch properly. The package contained a very detail bill of material and necessary tools as well as step by step instruction guide with pictures to mount the hitch.

Due to my inexperience with loosening the under body panels in my car, I struggled removing one of the panels (due to an odd panel faster) which i wish the instruction would had mentioned it in more detail. Otherwise, the instructions were sufficient for a quick installation.
