"The hitch arrived within 3 days of order placement! But it was only wrapped with shrink wrap and was beat up some, but ok. Other wiring items were shown to be in same shipment with tracking number notification were not received until a week later. I never received any tracking information on these parts, even after calling to check status. These other parts were shipped direct from the manufacturer and I assume this was the problem. Otherwise, easy ordering and the best prices I found for the items I was looking for my Honda Odyssey. Hopefully they will find a way to fix the tracking information problems going forward."

" I think the hitch was very good quality however the packaging was very poor. When I took it out of the plastic wrap it was very scratched up. There are a number of places on it where it will start rusting prematurely. As for the kit and the lights, it would have been nice to have included a 10mm Hex nut so attach the power wire to the battery post. "

I ordered a hitch and bike rack on June 18th and my credit card was charged right away, on the 20th I received an email telling me that it shipped and that the package would arrive on the 25th, alright it's slow shipping but at least understandable. On the 25th I didn't receive anything and so I called them - only to find out that my package NEVER shipped when they told me, and that it had just left the warehouse after talking to some rude customer service. Today (28th) I received my 'package' - they just wrapped the hitch in some plastic wrap and slapped a label on it, it arrived in terrible shape. On top of that my bike rack never arrived. I'm not dreading having to go through another round with their 'service' and I have to cancel my plans yet again. Also - the reviews they link to are NOT what ResellerRatings actually has for them, they're wrong/inflated."

"Ordered my hitch for 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Friday June6, 2014 and the following Wednesday had my hitch & wiring harness. The fit was perfect - The harness was very easy to install with two people in less than 30 minutes wiring took an additional 30 minutes but EASY -only had to remove the tail lights & no other trim- looks better than factory because its hidden below the bumper line! Only draw back guys is DO NOT call them to check on your order they will never pick up. EMAIL their website and they will answer back is just a few hours. Veronica is friendly and will make sure you are satisfied. Some reviews on here had me worried -but you have to realize some cars must be custom made or are so popular that it might take a while. I would highly recommend these guys - just be patient & don't order the day before you need it! Marc "

I am not sure what is different about this order because I have actually ordered the exact same hitch already for a different vehicle. Previous to this order, I have not looked anywhere else for a hitch or hitch parts. Based on my experience for this order, that will change. When I call customer service, her demeaner was non caring. She said that it would ship that day and it did not. "
