"hitch arrived very quickly, but before I could install it, my car was totalled. took a few days to get in touch with someone about a return, but then got the CM number and return instructions. paid for return shipping myself. asked a week later where we were on it (return shipping only took two days), and was asked to provide tracking information. I provided the information, and was told 3 days after that they they were awaiting confirmation from the warehouse. it's been over a week, and I am not getting replies to my emails (and can never get anyone to answer the phone there). They have had this item (was never even opened) for over 3 weeks, and I am now out $220 instead of the original $160 I paid for it. (paid $60 just to send it back).

I'm not very impressed with the follow through, and am seriously hoping that this company will eventually prove to be honest and refund my money."
