Sunday evening I had installed hitch and car was ready for the trip They arranged delivery of the hitch from closest location Curt's warehouse located in Wisconsin and delivered it to my Illinois home in one day! The accessory came after almost 10 days after having to go back and forth by phone/emails. In the end it all played out well with a bit of a hassle.
