I ordered a kit that contained a Curt 13105 hitch and a 55580 wiring harness whose kit price was lower than the hitch alone at most other sites. I ordered it on a Friday morning and it arrived in Maryland on Saturday! Free shipping. I don't know how they make money on this, but it was an excellent consumer experience for me. Received hitch in poor condition. The metal parts had been banging against each other during shipping, creating multiple chips all over the three metal hitch pieces. The metal parts also crushed the plastic trim bezel, making it impossible to install. After several attempts to contact customer service via e-mail and telephone, I gave up and repainted the hitch and installed it minus the trim bezel. Since you're asking, is there any chance of making things right and sending me a new bezel?... yeah, I didn't think so.
