There was some external damage to the box, but no damage to the hitch. I had read that other customers were not so lucky. I would recommend that HitchAnything add a second box with at least 1 inch clearance and cardboard corner shims. This would stop and buffer the poky things that shippers haul about."

"The roof basket arrived in 24 hours, however it was damaged due to the bars rubbing against each other, I emailed the sales team and received the replacement the next day, however it was dented and still some scratches. I decided to keep this one as I needed it for Father's Day. I had to cancel the cargo net as it was not available, and no indication when they will have them in stock, I had tried amazon and although it was10$ less they said not in stock for 2 months. I gave 3 rating as replacement roof basket was damaged, I hope it will not rust, if it does it has a 5 year warranty so I will try to replace it in that case, the delivery was very efficient and fast, I can recommend the company but they need to package thr roof baskets to avoid scratching in transport "
