"I ordered a gooseneck hitch for a full size dodge pickup. I have a dually but the add did not state it was not for a dually. Received my order and upon opening it and reading the directions they said it was for a full size 1500 series truck so I tried to call customer service and while I ate my lunch I stayed on hold for 47 minutes finally a recording came on and I left a message and did not get a response. Then I tried calling their local number, same thing perpetual hold. I had a buddy who lives in the area go to their store and it was locked up nobody there. So I knew the only answer was to modify it to fit my truck which took an additional 3 hours of installation time because I had to drill holes and do some welding. Never again will I order from them and recommend that if your gonna order something call first to make sure of what your getting. If they don't answer your probably wont get any customer support if you need it. So just order from somebody else. The only reason my order came so fast was because it came from a third party here in Florida so hitch anything is just a middle man."

"Before my first purchase with HitchAnyting, I verified with the manufacturer that they were in deed an authorized reseller in which they are (this is important as if they were not, the warranty, if any, would be void).
