"Smooth transaction. I read several other reviews prior to purchase and there are some horror stories, but I had very little issue. I initially called to order but got tired of waiting on hold so I ordered online. The next day I received an e-mail regarding a support ticket that had been submitted. I called immediately and waited in hold for quite some time and someone finally picked up. The issue was the hitch I ordered was a discontinued item. HitchAnything wanted me to make a decision if I wanted to cancel the order or find a replacement. I had chosen a 12,000 pound model but they only thing available was an 18,000 pound. HitchAnything allowed me to pay the same price for the 18,000 pound model even though it was probably $100 more than the one I ordered. I received the hitch fairly quickly and I want to say it was in about 2 days after the phone conversation. The hitch was unboxed which is understandable for the size but was extremely padded and protected with several layers of foam. It required a box cutter to get it all off. The hitch itself did have some of the powder coating knocked off in a few places which is understandble for a 63 pound piece of steel being moved around. I got spray paint and just touched up the areas, not a big deal. The fit of the hitch was perfect and went in with no issues. Installed it in about 30 minutes. I will probably buy from HitchAnything again. I did give a 3 star rating on Customer Serviec overall simply due to the long wait time on hold and the awkwardness of the automated phone system. "
