I have tried countless times to make contact through email and over phone and yet made contact or recieve my product!!!! "Ordered several weeks before Christmas with a guarentee of Christmas arrival. The order did not arrive until mid January. Called everyday in the week proceeding Christmas and between Christmas and New Years with no response to my calls or emails. I did finally reach someone the week after New Years and was told that this item was backordered 3 weeks. At that point, I told the csr that their website told me I would have it before Christmas. He apologized but the item still did not make it by Christmas. I would not have ordered it if I realized it would not arrive for Christmas."
