"I have not received the 2 items. One has not shipped from you. UPS tracking shows the other has been in my delivery town since 11/30 but on my UPS app the says delivery pending. I have gone online and inquired on delivery. We have had other UOS deliveries since 11/30. We now have a note tacked to the key pad asking about this item from HIVE. Anything you can do from your end would be appreciated. "
