"Normally I read reviews of the merchants before buying anything. I made a mistake of ordering with Hobbytron without checking. I ordered a R/C military tank for my son. The Left-Turret controls does not work out of the box. I tried to contact them both through online and phone, and I am not able to reach. Even submitting a request for RMA does not get a response. This is the first time I am seeing a "all operators are currently assisting.. " message on an online chat. All the 5 star ratings on this site looks suspicious, I think "Reseller Ratings" should check the IP addresses of those posts.
After reading the reviews, I may not be returning the tank after all to avoid loosing both money and toy.
