"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I worked here for 3-4 months before finding another job and all I can say was quitting was the best thing I could have done. I was hired to work in customer service as an airsoft specialist and all I can say is this merchant is a disgrace to airsoft. I would answer phones everyday and at least 60% of the calls were from unhappy customers. Hobbytron never shipped items on time and would pretty much take your money and then use the bait and switch method on the customer. Most of the items that the store sells are junk and once the item has been delivered to your house Hobbytron will not take any responsibility for it even if it arrives broken. On top of that they expect you to pay shipping to return items that would cost more to ship than the item itself. As an employee there I can tell you it was a nightmare to work there. The hourly pay is low and the management is always complaining about us not reaching sales quota or customer service going down. Maybe if they treated customers better and sold better products they would sell more and have more happy customers but obviously the management doesn't care. The company is owned by some shady Armenians who will come to work driving a Ferrari, Lamborghini, or BMW, yet won't pay treat their employees fairly or their customers for that matter. Tricia at customer service was s3xually harassed by the owner Kev last year however after getting a raise she has not pursued the case any further. In conclusion I do not suggest any of you make any purchases from Hobbytron or work at this awful place unless you like to be treated like junk. They also go by the name World Tech Toys on Amazon and buy.com and also have accounts with Sears, Newegg, Groupon, Nomorerack, and other daily deal sites. They also own multiple retail stores under the name Airsoft and Hobby World. In addition while working customer service all their suppliers were always calling or coming into the office because they wouldn't even pay them on time. We had our UPS account shut down numerous times due to them not paying on time."

"Bought 2 airsoft guns for Christmas for my son and i,(I did buy this in Oct.because they were at a low price and put them away till Christmas)My son was excited when he opened it, but then we tried to put the magazine in we noticed a part broken off, it still fit in and shot about 10 times before the other part of the mag broke, basically wouldn't shoot anymore so he just played with it as a toy gun then,trying to put the stock on that snapped.No instructions for this gun at all.very cheaply made.contacted them after waiting for 45mins on line chat.they said it was out of warranty period I told them it wasn't even used and it was broken.also was supposed to come with a sling and glasses for each gun never got them and they refused to send them.

Will NEVER buy from here again. they charge almost as much as the gun for shipping also

"So far I have to Rate HobbyTron a 10 PLUS. I order 2 items for my 2 grand kids for Christmass. One was a remote control car. I asked my daughter to open it up and charge the battery so when he gets it , it will be ready to go. My daughter said it was " GREAT " !!! That made me feel GREAT. Next I bought a Helicoptor for one of my other Grand son . I asked my son to open and charge the battery too so it would be ready to use when he open it up. My son said it look Great too. But both items have not been tested yet because they are for Christmass. I do not for see any problems at all. All so the order was shipped when they said and it would and it got both of themin 10 days from the time I order it, which was good because I just asked it to be shipped normal way. IF I HAD TO RATE THIS COMPANY, AT THIS TIME I WOULD GIVE THEM A 10 PLUSE BECAUSE OF THE EASY ORDERING AND SHIPPING AND WHEN I ASKED WHEN IT WOULD BE THERE THEY SAID BY THIS DATE AND IT WAS THERE A DAY BEFORE. "I am completly disapointed in this business, I started my order in november and when i recieved it i investigated the merchandise as it was a gift for xmas and only to find out that the heli was missing a gear. i contacted hobbytron and told them i needed the front gear and am willing to pay whatever is needed for the gear or shipping so i could get it here for a xmas gift. they said don't send it back they will send out another heli, and contact me when it ships. 3 days till christmas and no notice of if shipping out yet. someone is going to be disapointed this xmas besides me, i just don't understand how a business can stay in business doing things this way. it's all over the internet how bad they opperate.******
***** update 12/26/12 a new heli showed up today by ups. what a suprise.it was the cam heli i ordered on 11/26/12 it only took a month and after christmas too. now i have a broken heli (sons xmas gift) and one I have no use for since they were both gifts and i already have 5
